The ancient site of Duns was on the top of the beautiful hill called Duns Law, which is elevated from a base of about two and a half miles in circumference to the height of 630 feet above the level of the sea.  The new town of Duns was rebuilt at the foot of the hill.  Delve into the town and area’s history at some of the fascination historical attractions, such as Duns Castle, Greenknowe Tower and Manderston House.
