Perched in the heart of Aberfeldy, Perthshire, Edengrove is a beautiful, detached house set in a peaceful yet convenient location.
Close to local amenities and within easy reach of two national parks, this spacious home sleeps up to ten guests and is perfectly placed for outdoor adventures, scenic walks, and exploring the Scottish Highlands.
On arrival, we can enjoy off road parking before stepping inside a welcoming home designed for comfort and connection. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, providing everything needed for a relaxed self catering stay.
The formal dining room is ideal for bringing everyone together, whether for family meals or celebrating a special occasion. After a day exploring nearby lochs or hill trails, the inviting sitting room offers a lovely place to unwind, with a bay window, leather sofas, TV, and a wood burning stove for cosy evenings.
For additional entertainment, there is a separate space with table football, TV, books, and games. Younger guests will love the colourful beanbags, making it a great spot for relaxed family time.
When it’s time to rest, Edengrove offers five comfortable bedrooms and two contemporary shower rooms with spacious walk in showers. Four bedrooms can be arranged as super kings or twins on request, while the fifth bedroom upstairs is a twin. Each room includes storage space, bedside lamps, and fresh towels ready for your stay.
Outside, the large lawned garden is perfect for warmer months, offering plenty of space for picnics, games, and outdoor dining, with a patio area and picnic bench to enjoy the surroundings.

Guests are expected to replenish or bring additional items as needed for the duration of their stay. Full catering is not provided.
During colder weather, particularly when temperatures drop below 0°C, exterior areas including steps and the driveway may become icy or slippery. As these areas are not salted or gritted, we kindly ask that extra care is taken. Use of the driveway is entirely at your own risk.
