South Lodge is a single storey self-catering holiday cottage situated on its own, nestled into the side of the wood. The cottage is in an elevated position looking over to the main estate house and the loch and hills beyond. You enter the cottage up three steps to the porch and then onto the landing. A large comfortable bedroom available with either super king sized bed or twin beds. The bedroom has fitted cupboards, chest of drawers, dressing table and two windows with views across the woods and lawns. A relaxing sitting room with log burner, flat screen TV/DVD, dockage station, comfy two seater sofa and chair. The two windows also have views across the lawn to the woods. The kitchen is well equipped with quality equipment and utensils. It has a fridge with a freezer above, washing machine, electric cooker, ceramic hob and microwave. Everything you would need to prepare food easily. The bathroom has a large walk in Aqualisa shower with excellent pressure, basin and WC. This charming cottage has its own garden laid mostly to lawn with a selection of garden furniture and a mobile Barbecue for summer evenings. If you are quiet you can spot the red squirrels feeding regularly off the bird table to the back of the cottage. An open shed provides ideal storage for bikes, roof box etc.There is plenty room for off road parking. There is a well stocked log shed and all logs are provided free of charge.
