Outside, there is ample parking in the courtyard with sloping access to the entrances. A Gas fired BBQ is available as well as a stock of wood if required for the wood burner. There are stunning views from the garden.
Central Heating and hot water are supplied by biomass boiler free of charge. The Electricity is metred but the first £30 pounds worth is free of charge for a weekly stay, pro rata for other stays.
Drinking water is provided by a Private water supply from the hill and is monitored by Perth and Kinross council environmental services for quality and safety purposes.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests and there is a Cot and High chair available on request.
Basic Sky Freeview is available as well as an internet connection via Wi-Fi an approximate 4mbs download speed.
We supply a Welcome pack on arrival so guests have enough for a snack and breakfast prior to any shopping trips.
Bookings are taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday high season but shorter stays of 3 nights or more are considered during the autumn and winter months. The Bothy is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and guests are expected to vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
We have a no smoking policy within the buildings and unfortunately are unable to take pets.
