The Barn is above a beautiful oak framed car annexe.  Access is by an external staircase to an open plan living and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and separate dining area for four people.  Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds and room for a travel cot in both rooms. A fully fitted bathroom with P-shape shower over bath. ​ We leave you a welcome pack with homemade cake, bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee, sugar. We have toys, games and books for children and lots of space for the children to run about.  We are situated within a three acre paddock with a burn at the bottom of the field.  We have an enclosed Gas BBQ area for guests to use with a bench and seating. We also have off-road parking for a maximum of two guest vehicles.
