Upstairs is a quiet relaxing area with viewing balcony and office space.  Underfloor heating keeps oak floors warm underfoot and a multi-fuel stove keeps you cosy whatever the weather. The kitchen is well stocked to make eating in a pleasure, with induction hob, ovens, wine chillers, Nespresso machine and fridge ... oh and a dishwasher to make tidying up a little easier.

Bedrooms face south to make the most of the views. The master suite with superking bed, has a wet-room style en-suite. The second bedroom is flexible to be superking or twin and sits opposite the main bathroom, so almost your own en-suite.

The house is superbly equipped to the highest standards with all you would expect for a perfect stay. The open plan space brings the outside in with views from moor to bay, with a wraparound deck and separate 'dining deck'. Soak up views through the floor-to-ceiling windows south to the beach or talk a walk around our boardwalk though reedbeds.Relax in the evening as the sun sets over the moors.
