Breakfast in your conservatory, explore the glorious Borders countryside, the characterful towns and stunning coast, then relax in the comfort of your cottage at Burnbrae. We have 3 cottages, each with 1 bedroom, all on ground level. Each is spacious, generously equipped, comfortable accommodation for two. Extra beds are available. Central heating throughout & log burner in the living room.

There are many local walks and cycle routes, some from your cottage door. Or sit and relax while admiring the wonderful rural views and amazing birds in your cottage garden. There are many historical houses, castles, amazing gardens, and abbeys nearby. The local area is known for its varied walks, cycle trails & bridleways. Each cottage has a separate kitchen, living room with a dining table and chairs and a settee and comfy chair. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A lockable bike shed with some tools and bike washing facilities. A golfing / fishing equipment shed. EV charger. Wi-Fi throughout. After a great day out, relax in your private south-facing conservatory, or on the patio, watching the birds on the feeders, admire the garden, walk in our fields and along the riverside or snuggle up with a book!
