There are two sinbgle sofa beds in the lounge area with another bathroom, with shower, leading off this part of the cottage. There is free view TV and wi-fi as well as a cd player which has an i-pod docking station and DVD player. There are solid wooden floors throughout, with efficient underfloor heating, and the whole cottage is furnished to a very high standard. The cottage is connected to the main house and is off a little lane which leads from the A85. There are 20 golf courses within a 15 miles radius, including Gleneagles (12 miles away).
