Enjoying spectacular views over the golf course and Cairngorm Mountains, The Byre is an eco-friendly, 2 bedroom, detached holiday cottage finished with a mix of traditional materials and contemporary furnishings. The large open plan ground floor is a multi-functional space of living room with wood-burning stove and large kitchen/dining area with patio doors leading to a secluded south facing terrace. Perfect for couples. Baltinna East is a beautiful light filled contemporary space with partially open, double-height living room, wood-burning stove and oak floors. This popular lodge style property has a ski and mountain theme throughout. There is an open-plan modern kitchen/dining area, a separate utility/drying room with pulley and fully tiled wet room with shower and toilet downstairs. The first floor double bedroom looks down on the dining area below. There\'s a small sitting out area and front and back garden to make the most of the light and sun all day long - perfect for our long Highland summer evenings. Nook area with desk/workspace. Parking and secure bike store on site.

Baltinna West is a tranquil holiday retreat for two oozing warmth and character with a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and sheepskin rugs on oak floors. Downstairs is open plan, with a well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a living/dining area. Upstairs there is a deep roll-top bath in the romantic master bedroom to soak those muscles after walking the local Wildcat trail or bagging a nearby munro or two! There is also a shower room with whb upstairs (and a separate wc downstairs). Private on-site parking and secure bike shed.

Caman House Apartment 2 is a first floor, light filled modern renovation in a charming Victorian building. This cosy apartment with aga wood burner sleeps 4. The lounge has high ceilings and large windows on both sides with views across the rooftops to the hills beyond. We\'ve decorated the lounge in a modern style with crisp white walls that work as a great backdrop for a striking collection of Scottish artwork. The large double bedroom is decorated in traditional Highland style, with warm colours, muted tartan wallpaper, antler chandeliers, tweed curtains and oak furniture. There is a smaller twin room, also beautifully presented. Caman House is right in the centre of Newtonmore and just two minutes walk from great pubs who serve bar meals and local beers, plus cafes just across the road serving meals all day, an Indian takeaway, and a couple of restaurants – a surprising amount of choice for a wee village right on the doorstep if you don\'t want to cook! This unique and charming apartment is Visit Scotland 4 star rated, and will exceed your expectations for size, character and comfort. Suitable for either a couple, familiy or small group of friends.

The Bakehouse, which sleeps 2, dates from 1900 and is a beautiful old stone building. We have lovingly completed a full restoration and created a cosy and stylish one bedroom home from home. We’ve respected the story of the building, using local materials including timber and stone. There\'s a wood burning stove and high quality furnishings. The bedroom has a double bed and single sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements for a maximum of 2 guests. The open plan living room/kitchen-diner is bright and airy. It has an inviting wood burner, feature stone hearth and high-standard fixtures and fittings. Small but perfectly formed The Bakehouse is beautifully intimate and carefully designed with all of the amenities of a larger dwelling. Patio doors open onto a small decked area outside with gate (so the wee deck is enclosed and therefore dog friendly). This property is detached and stands in the grounds of Caman House, so it can be booked together with Apt 2 to accommodate six people. Please see our main website for more information.
