Luxury self-catering cottages with delightful relaxing rooms offer a comfortable place to relax at The Dairy at Daviot. A true home from home after a day of exploring the Highlands.
Arranged around the original cobbled courtyard, The Dairy at Daviot has combined old and new to create six luxurious cottages, a local food cafe, ice cream parlour and children’s play park all surrounded by rolling fields, woodland, wildlife and farm animals.
All our cottages have two ensuite bedrooms and a super king or twin bed configuration is possible in four of our properties. Three cottages offer open plan living and three cottages offer separate kitchen/dining and living room.
Outside our onsite play park is loved by all our little guests with a large sandpit, in-ground trampoline, swings, climbing fort with a slide and picnic bench. Inside your cottage there is a wide range of DVD’s, board games and toys.
You can enjoy a delicious homemade ice cream made with creamy milk from the families own herd of Holstein and Jersey cows. The food in our Cafe is always fresh and tasty and offers a pre-order dinner, breakfast or picnic service.

The Mackenzie’s are a farming family who have always lived in the Highlands and farmed the land. Dereck and Roz live on the estate in Daviot House and are both hands on and help with the running of the business. Nicholas Mackenzie is a fourth generation farmer who has now taken over the milking of the cows from his father Dereck and makes his own homemade ice cream, which he serves in the ice cream parlour next to the holiday cottages.
