The apartment is located above an insurance shop which closes at 5pm during the week. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level accessed by a stairway from its own entrance.

Lounge – a three seat settee and armchairs provides seating for 4 guests. There is a small dining room table and 4 chairs and TV with Freesat channels.

Kitchen – newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and microwave.

Bedroom 1 – 2 singles, beside cabinet, mirror, hairdryer, alarm clock radio and clothes storage.

Bedroom 2 – double room, bedside cabinet, alarm clock radio.

Bathroom – double size shower (electric), wash hand basin and wc.

There is an iron and board plus clothes airier.

Heating is electric throughout.

Sorry no pets.

The first night will be charged on the day of booking with the final balance due 5 days before arrival. No refund available once paid for cancellations or no shows.

There are on-street parking spaces for which a parking permit is provided. Parking is on a first come first served basis. Additional fee paying public parking is available 200 metres away.
