Nestled against the hill between Troon and Dundonald, Garden Cottage enjoys spectacular views of the countryside stretching out below it. The property is ideally located to make the most of the numerous golf courses in this area, many of which are world famous. It also benefits from it’s proximity to the many beaches and the dramatic coastline of the West of Scotland. Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick Airports are 40 and 10 minutes away. Troon train station is 2 miles away. Garden Cottage is entirely self contained, you will have sole use of the property and can come and go as you please. Access is down a private drive and there is specific parking for the cottage which will take 3 cars comfortably. Along with the ACCO described above, there is a secure utility room complete with washer and dryer and a large amount of storage space, ideal for golf clubs and other belongings - please note that although the rest of the property is spread over one floor, this utility room is accessed by an external flight of stairs. As the property is on a working farm, there are always people about should you require help or extra information during your stay. I or my husband will be available to check you in and show you the property, facilities and run through any questions you may have.
