Property Description

Downstairs has a contemporary kitchen/dining area and stylish and comfy seats by the wood burning stove with ample wood for cosy nights by the fire. Wi-Fi throughout and TV/DVD player. We have a small library of films and books and a digital Roberts’s radio/CD player mini I-Pod dock system.
It’s well equipped with fridge, electric hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the things needed for cooking lovely dinners. One of the highlights is a fantastic deck where you can enjoy a glass of something chilled and take in the amazing views over the water to the woodlands and hills beyond.

The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor with modern en-suite facilities, including a fantastic power shower and comfy bed. There is also another bathroom with power shower, a very useful drying room and utility room with washer-drier and freezer. Upstairs offers a cosy lounge with large glass wall offering panoramic views across Loch Awe with a TV/DVD player. The Wi-Fi hub is in this room with the code for logging on. There is another good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage.

There is an electronic signature required for the free use of water sports equipment - Canoe, Paddle Board and Kayak.
Wildlife lovers are treated to frequent sightings of deer, pine marten, red squirrel, Barn Owl’s and even otters! There are regular sightings of Osprey, Red Kite’s and Kestrels.
The local Inn and hotel are outstanding and are just 2 miles away.

You will deal directly with providers of goods and services to negotiate a truly tailored wedding. The panoramic views on the shores of Loch Awe are truly stunning sitting amongst dramatic highland scenery and create a special romantic environment for special occasions. Rental is only available in 7 day blocks with Saturday change over.

This stylish boathouse has fantastic facilities and stunning loch views. Standing in six acres of secluded, south-facing grounds with loch frontage and is reached by a mile of meandering private single farm track, which will bring you to this haven of peace and tranquility. A hunting lodge stood on this site for several centuries until 1954. The current property is an architect-designed, expertly refurbished and most comfortable house, quite alone in its stunning lochside situation.

Shelley and Simon bought the Boathouse in 2017 for the tranquility and wilderness long associated with Scotland's West Coast. Shelley is an interior designer working from stately homes through to luxury power boats, with an eye for detail -Simon is a Franchisee with several Blue chip companies. They are both passionate about Guest enjoyment and have gone to great lengths to make your stay truly memorable
