We love our cottage and its fantastic setting. We've shared it with holiday makers for the last 10 years. Comments in our visitor book reveal that our guests enjoy being there as much as we do. We try to make it a comfortable home from home and welcome feedback from guests. There is so much to enjoy, the West Coast weather means that the view from the sun lounge is always dramatic one way or the other. If you visit be sure to take your camera and some binoculars if you have them.
On lazy days you can take advantage of our DVD collection or browse our bookshelves. We keep a stock of leaflets on things to do or see.
If you want to take a rest from driving the local bus service is good; and there are lovely walks along the shore or in the forest tracks on Strone Hill behind the cottage. The Strone Inn and Ardentinny Hotel (a couple of miles away) offer great food - always best to check opening times during the season. The Lorne in Dunoon is lovely for lunch or dinner.... and the recently-restored Burgh Hall arts centre is well worth a visit...do check opening times in advance.
