Property Description

Sandwood Lodge is situated in a stunning setting at Rowardennan on the east shores of Loch Lomond, 6 miles north from the village of Balmaha. Beneath the foothills of Ben Lomond and part of Scotland’s first National Park the lodge estate is right by the water of the loch and has private boat launching and a jetty. This is the quieter side of Loch Lomond and an area famous for the West Highland Way taking its walkers from Glasgow to Fort William.

I have owned log cabins at Rowardennan since 2004. I used to have 2 but sold one a few years ago.
A 30 year career in the hotel industry, lattery as Managing Director fo a small group of boutique hotels in Edinburgh followed by CEO of the Edinburgh Hotels Assoc, and, well, still in hospitality. My other 'job' if I can call it that (as I don't see it as a job) is as a professional photographer. Plug >>
