Lochinver is situated north of Ullapool on the spectacular west coast of Sutherland. It is ideally located for exploring some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland, and attracts hill walkers due to the mountains lying on its doorstep: Suilven, Stac Pollaidh, Ben More Assynt, Canisp, Conival and Quinag.

Port Alltanabradhan (sea shore cove)
Port Alltanabradhan is a wonderful, peaceful cove with white sand and rock pools. A burn tumbles down to meet the sea after passing by and through a ruined corn mill, whilst behind nearby rocks a sea cave produces spumes of spray from a blow hole.
Clashnessie beach is a beautiful untouched beach, a must visit when staying in and around Lochinver and Assynt!
