Each is spacious, generously equipped, comfortable accommodation for two. Extra beds are available. Central heating throughout & log burner in the living room. All of the rooms are on ground level, with level access from the car park.

There are many local walks and cycle routes. Or sit and relax while admiring the wonderful rural views and amazing birds in your cottage garden. Each cottage has a separate kitchen, living room, dining area for 4 and comfortable seating. There is reliable fast fibre Wi-Fi in your cottage. See our website or ask me as to which cottage will suit your requirements best, as they are slightly different. Thairn and Mungo\'s Well are pet-free. We welcome well-behaved dogs in Begrum cottage. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine & tumble drier & a lockable golfing equipment / cycle / fishing equipment shed. Use of our EV charger is included for 2023. There are many historical houses, castles, amazing gardens, abbeys nearby. The local area is known for its varied walks, cycle trails & bridleways. After a great day out relax in your private south-facing conservatory, or in a recliner on the patio, watching the wildlife, admire the garden, walk in our fields and along the riverside or snuggle up with a book!

We are continuing to take precautions to minimise the risk of the spread of coronavirus, and other viruses. If preferred, I can leave your cottage unlocked for your arrival. I will come and see you once I see you have arrived. We will leave instructions for the equipment in the cottage for you. I have purchased extra duvets and pillows so we can change duvets, pillows, mattress protectors (as well as bed linen and towels) between guests.
