It has an enclosed garden with table and chairs and two swing seats. 

Garden Bank Cottage has two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor one double ensuite bedroom with a shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom. Open plan kitchen sitting room and dining table looking over the countryside. Enclosed garden with lovely views to the Cheviot Hills

Cockle Kitty has two bedrooms, one bathroom, large sitting room with french windows and asjacent is a well equipped kitchen with a door to the patio.

All cottages have gardens, wood burners, dishwasher,smart TV'S, new all weather tennis court, coaching available,  lovely linen, logs provided, cafetiere, coffee machine, ground coffee, slow cooker and porridge oats grown on our organic farm, jam, biscuits and prosecco.
