How To Book

By booking directly with our owners, you receive personal and individual service to make sure you get just what you are looking for.

How to book directly with the owner:

• Once you have found a property you would like to stay in, you contact the owner, and book directly with them. ASSC is not a booking agent.
• You can do this by phoning the property owner or sending an email as instructed under the owner’s contact details.
• Your contract will be with the Owner, who will usually require a deposit to secure the booking, followed by payment of the balance prior to arrival. Payment will be due to the owner according to their own policies.
• As the booking may be worth several hundred pounds, we recommend you take out Cancellation Insurance to cover unforeseen events preventing you taking your holiday. Check your existing insurance policies as to whether you are already covered in the event of cancellation. On request, most of our members can supply details of a cancellation insurance policy
