  • Committed to Quality

There\'s a magnificent living/dining area on the 1st floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 stone fireplaces, and large wooden dining table. Off this huge room is a well-equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor - one with a queen-size bed, one twin and one with a large double. The latter has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The main bathroom has WC, sink, bath and shower over bath. (the small double we recommend for 1 adult or 2 children) Access to the top floor is either via a main stone staircase or via a fascinating internal spiral stone staircase. Children love to explore this ‘secret’ stairway! Guests have exclusive use of a private walled garden with a table and chairs. Access to the garden is via a gate at the side of the property. The ground floor office and meeting room at Kinghorn Town Hall are used by Fife Historic Buildings Trust. Our main office is located just up the hill from the Town Hall and there is usually someone there during office hours should guests have any queries. Please note, there is no lift access. Cot and high chair can be provided on request. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind in Gothic splendour. Built in Tudor Gothic style, this impressive castellated stone structure enjoys glimpses out across the Firth of Forth. The rooms are furnished in keeping with the history of the building, while providing all the modern amenities you would expect.
