All of our cottages and lodges are set on the south-facing slopes of a working farm, with amazing views of the surrounding Fife countryside. Relax in your lodge or cottage complete with your own private hot tub, enjoy the farm walks or explore the surrounding area. Many of our guests simply enjoy the farm, relaxing in their private hot tub; a retreat to get away from it all. However there are also several farm walks and local hills for climbing, beaches to explore at Leuchars, St Andrews and the East Neuk or shopping and sightseeing with St Andrews, Dundee and Perth all in easy reach. If you love wildlife you will also spot plenty of animal activity in and around Balmeadowside with Roe Deer, Rabbits, Pheasants, Owls, Birds of Prey often spotted along with Ducks, Swans and Herons often seen on our ponds. You can also explore Balmeadowside and see what\'s happening with our resident livestock Sheep, Cattle, Red Deer and Llamas.
