My husband Tom and myself (Gillian) decided to build a holiday lodge on our farm 13 years ago, and have loved every minute of it ! We love having people from all over the world coming to stay with us, and hearing their stories . Our small working farm is definitely proving to be a big attraction and children and adults alike love meeting all the animals and learning how the farm is run. An added bonus is the family horses which can be used for 'pony rides' in our arena. I think our oldest rider so far has been 74 ! Our pygmy goats are a huge hit with our guests, and are absolutely hilarious !
Our lodge is central to the whole of Scotland and is proving a great base for relatives visiting the area, or for people who just want to see more of Scotland and do all the 'tourist things'. There is a mountain of things to see and do from your lodge, for all ages. A week just won't be long enough ..... but that's ok .....you'll just need to come back again !!
