In a quiet lane beside the historic Grassmarket with views to Edinburgh Castle. With windows to front and back, the bright living room has a three-seater sofa that converts into a double sofabed, a dining area with table and chairs, an armchair, TV/DVD and a small library of books and DVDs. The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave. A spiral staircase from the dining area leads down to the bedroom and shower-room. The double bedroom is fully carpeted and attractively furnished. The shower-room has a standard-size power shower (no bathtub), wash-hand basin and toilet.
